Each pendant measures approximately 2cm x 3cm and has been fired twice in the kiln.   For the first firing, the coloured glass rods are fused to the base piece of glass.   In the second firing, a clear piece is fused  on top.  then the backs are smoothed by gentle hand grinding using a fine grit.    Each pendant is wrapped with pure silver wire and secured with a tiny amount of super-strength glass/metal glue.    Jewellery findings are attached and a leather cord is used.    Given the nature of this process, no two pendants are the same, each one being unique.
