This piece is 13cm x 13cm x 1cm with polished edges.

First I screen-printed on to a piece of white glass and paint-fired it in the kiln. Then I did a second firing where some inclusions were sandwiched between the painted white glass and a layer of clear. The thin black rods were added and another piece of clear. Then the edges were hand polished with silicon carbide grit.
